Mailsort & Walksort can save you over 30% on your postage costs.
To qualify for mailsort discounts on the mailing we must pre-sort the mail to Royal Mail’s specifications. This requires running your mailing list through our sortation software, printing the mailing in mailsort, maintaining this order throughout production then bagging and tagging the mail for collection.
- Mailsort 1 delivered next working day
- Mailsort 2 delivered within 3 working days
- Mailsort 3 delivered within 7 working days
- Your mailing list is 90% accurately postcoded.
- Your mailing is at least 4000 letters (2000 if posted within the same postcode), or at least 1000 large letters or packets.

The Walksort service is similar to Mailsort, however there is a further stage in the sortation process. The mail must be sorted to the actual postal walk so that it can be given straight to the delivery staff to take out on their rounds. Please contact our sales team for more information.
